WHAT’S THE JOB?
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our sales team in expanding our market presence, strengthening client relationships, and driving brand awareness across the region. This role will report directly to the Wholesale Manager.
WHAT’S REQUIRED?
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute account visits, beer tastings, festivals, and in-store promotions
- Maintain and update customer database and sales tracking tools
- Execute account playbook via Wholesale Manager directive
- Identify incremental sales opportunities in On Premise and Off Premise
- Prospect new accounts for additional incremental sales opportunities
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in craft beer and the beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events
- Ability to travel throughout Ohio as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills & Competencies:
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally in the field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
