WHAT’S THE JOB?

The Brand Marketing Manager serves as the driving force behind our brand’s presence and creative identity. This role merges digital strategy, performance marketing, partnerships and hands-on creative production — spanning both our CPG and Restaurant segments. This role shapes the brand story from concept to conversion across every channel and touchpoint.


WHAT’S REQUIRED?

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Digital Execution

  • Execute campaigns and tactics through email, SMS, SEO, GEO, SEM, social and paid media to drive sales and guest count
  • Manage social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor conversion rates, and optimize digital touchpoints to increase online traffic and sales.
  • Manage both organic content and paid content to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic.
  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools to track and report performance across all channels.
  • Manage customer lifecycle marketing through email and SMS platforms, including segmentation, automation, and optimization.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Create visual identity of seasonal and brand campaigns that build brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Lead social media strategy and content calendar, across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.

Brand Stewardship & Partnership

  • Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across both the Restaurant and CPG segments.
  • Lead product branding including can design, packaging, and menu design.
  • Ensure visual and tonal continuity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand presence.
  • Develop and cultivate brand partnerships that align with CBC’s vision, values and sales goals.

Develop & Procure Trade Materials

  • Develop point-of-sale materials, restaurant marketing collateral, and merchandise branding.
  • Ensure trade materials including tap handles and POS are in-stock and maintain inventory
  • Create consistent brand messaging and point of sale that drives shelf presence.
  • Track trade point of sale execution.
  • Execute TTB submittals through the online portal to gain federal approval of packaging prior to launch.

Vendor Management

  • Manage and allocate external creative resources (agencies, freelancers, photographers) on key projects.
  • Direct and create content creation across video, photography, and copy.
  • Direct creative resources to create brand packaging and creative campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email/SMS marketing platforms
  • Strong creative eye with experience overseeing design, photography, and video production
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the food, beverage, hospitality, or CPG industry is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage external vendors
