Crispy pork belly with pickled apple-fennel slaw & cider reduction. Paired with Smoke & Repeat (Smoked Amber Lager)
Vegetarian option: tofu in place of pork belly.

🥩 Smoked Brisket
Slow-smoked beef brisket, roasted root vegetables, horseradish whipped potatoes & ale jus. Paired with Abbey Ale (Belgian-Style Dubbel)
