Perhaps the most well-known fresh-hopped beer in Ohio, Yakima Fresh pours a brilliant golden hue with a fluffy white head. Using wet hops intensifies the flavor and aroma. We use 100% Mosaic® hops which bring bold notes orange, grapefruit and subtle tropical fruit.
From the Brewers
Our annual wet-hopped American IPA features wet Mosaic® hops shipped from our farm partners in the Yakima Valley. This year’s batch used fresh Mosaic® hops from Wyckoff Farms in Washington. This beer is dependent on the harvest season and it usually hits shelves in early November.
