Tasting Notes
Domestique is the base golden sour we use for all of our sour ales. It pours a light golden hue with a white head. This base version is aged a little longer than our typical base to enhance the flavor profile. This beer is both smooth and funky with heightened notes of oak character from the wine barrels.

Domestique translates to workhorse because this beer is the base of our sour program. It’s funky, yet mellow and has great, nuanced qualities that come to the forefront since this isn’t conditioned on fruit.
